10+ Years on the Jobsite. Not in a Boardroom.
THE FOREMAN wasn't built by software people who read about construction. It was built by someone who wore the bags, ran the crews, closed the jobs, and cursed the same paperwork you curse.

The Founder
From the Jobsite to the System.
Our founder has spent over a decade across the trades — roofing, plumbing, electrical, general contracting. He's worn the bags, run the crews, closed the jobs, and watched good people lose hours every week to paperwork that never stops coming.
He didn't start a tech company because he wanted to be in tech. He started it because the admin work in the trades is a relentless, margin-eating machine, and nobody was building a tool that actually spoke the language of the people doing the work.
The result is THE FOREMAN — an AI operations system built by a contractor, for contractors. It doesn't replace your crew. It replaces the spreadsheet, the 3-hour estimate, and the proposal that sits half-finished while you chase the next lead.
Why We Built This
Good Crews Lose Hours to Bad Processes.
We saw the same thing in shop after shop, trade after trade — and we built THE FOREMAN to fix it.
Estimates That Eat Half Your Day
A roofing estimator spends 3–4 hours building a single bid — pulling material pricing, labor rates, code requirements, and historical job data. THE FOREMAN pulls all that in seconds and produces a finished, send-ready estimate. You review for 20 minutes and hit send.
Proposals That Stall and Cost You Jobs
The fastest proposal wins the job. But most trade shops take days — sometimes a week — to get a proposal out. THE FOREMAN writes the scope, the pricing, the timeline, and the cover note. Same-day proposals mean more closed deals.
Follow-Ups That Slip Through the Cracks
A customer calls. You're on a jobsite. You mean to follow up. Three days go by. They already called someone else. THE FOREMAN handles the follow-ups, the scheduling confirmations, and the check-ins — so nothing falls through.
Paperwork That Piles Up Until It's a Crisis
Permits, compliance docs, warranty registrations, change orders — they don't go away when you ignore them. They compound. THE FOREMAN tracks the stack and produces the docs so you stay ahead of it instead of firefighting.
What We Believe
The Trades Deserve Better Tools.
Software built for desk jobs doesn't fit a business that runs on jobsites, texts, and handshakes. Here's what we stand on.
Tech Should Serve the Trade, Not the Other Way Around
We don't force you into a new way of working. THE FOREMAN adapts to your workflows, your terminology, your standards — not the other way around. If you change how you run your business to fit the tool, the tool failed.
Speed Wins Jobs
The contractor who responds first with a clean, accurate proposal usually gets the work. Every hour THE FOREMAN cuts off your admin time is an hour you're ahead of the competition.
The Crew Is the Business
Your people in the field are where the money comes from. THE FOREMAN exists so they stay there — not so they become part-time data-entry clerks. We build for the jobsite, because that's the part of your business that actually pays.
Honesty Over Hype
We don't promise moonshots. We don't use jargon. We tell you straight what THE FOREMAN does, what it costs for your shop, and whether it fits. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too. Trade owners spot BS fast — and we're not in the business of burning trust.
